Staff development and training at Pax Hill
We provide training for all our staff in a wide range of subjects relating to their work and areas of expertise. In addition to in-house programmes, we work closely with local colleges and NHS services to provide up to date instruction in areas of clinical expertise and academic or vocational disciplines. Each member of staff has a personal development programme, and we provide training and development in line with their individual needs.
